he rejected it!

doesnt he like the tangerine flavour?

he was attracted to the bottle and lozenges and he did try a couple of times, but he just didnt like it.

he will suck for few seconds, at most 1-2 mins and will spit out after that.

although the lozenges have changed a wee bit physically, they are still safe for consumption.

there are dots on the tabs.

im definitely not gonna throw them :p

after putting it aside for more than a year,

he brought this box to me few days ago.

quickly, i gave one to him and waited anxiously while watching him popping the lozenge into his mouth.

1 min.

2 mins.

3 mins.

still sucking.

there it goes!

he is tolerating it.

so yeah, i will give it to him once a day.

dont tell me about aspartame in redoxon.

ever since i introduced redoxon (vitamin c) to my mom 2 years back, she took it religiously and she swears by it now.

we are not fond of supplementations, except for Vitamin C redoxon.

well i dont remember why i bought this zinc supplement but anyway,

i was gonna buy the 1L bottle but it was out of stock.

no 1. because im a woman.

more prone to osteoporosis. crap

no2. im breastfeeding.

tahini is another high calcium food so i am still in the process of learning how to add it into our meals.

i suspect KJ has low calcium stores, hence the tooth decay?

will discuss more about this later.

so we both desperately need to pump up our calcium intake. i am serious.

 ground flaxseed

it is not advisable to eat this whole!

it wont be digested and it'll be like eating air.

goes in and comes out whole.

hence we need to grind/mill the seeds.

u can also purchase flaxseed in grounded form,

only snag is that they go rancid pretty fast, hence shorter shelf life.

look up on its storage conditions.

reminder: flaxseed is high in fibre so please start with a small amount.

this is one of the side effects. to counter it, drink plenty of water.

they advise to buy whole and grind ourselves.

this is also known as flaxseed meal. (the grinded ones)
