second visit to the site
half-excited over the house, half not
(dread to think of all the money needed to renovate)
we were unlucky this time,
didn't manage to get into the house to snap photos.
there were guards and contractors.
approaching the guard was easy, we succeeded in coaxing him
however, we failed at persuading the contractors.
one of the contractor warned us not to do funny things inside (the house).
hello? can u define "funny things"?
during our first visit early this month,
we could march in simply and take photos but unfortunately,
we lost the photos.
crap.
what is with the hand-on-the-waist posture?
gleefully drinking in the sights of our future home
explaining to me that i can hang our clothes there!
kitchen is a very crucial section of a house
hence it must be planned to a T.
hb loves their design
im glad that we both agreed on this notion.

nolah shinhun, can't afford semi-d although we loveee having a compound around the house.
it is a terrace. rm700k +. not cheap for me but consider cheap now because property values are escalating

claimed to be ready by dec 2012 i think. all i remembered was before 2013 =D
as u can see, some rows are already built , completely done.
there are 2 and 3 storeys for this project. initially we were actually hunting for a 2-storey house but they were all sold out! so no choice, have to get a 3-storey terrace :( can't afford corner lot, or even end unit. sigh

It's a nice house, and i think the price is very ok in Selangor =) can't wait to see ur kitchen!! must invite me yea if there's house warming ~~~
