preserved turnip?

my preserved turnip frittata

recipe:
+ few drops of oil on the frying pan
sautee the chye poh until brown and dry
i didnt exactly mince my chyepoh into small bits,
as i prefer chunkier pieces,
would be crunchier :)
then beat eggs in a bowl, add a little pepper,
and pour them into the pan
if u cant flip the whole omelette, quarter them or half them before flipping
mine looks a bit disgusting though
haha :p
think i should try to add some sugar into the egg mixture next time

there is salted and also sweet- chye poh.
i requested for sweet.
but apparently the ones that im using now is salted?

mine got so much oso tak sampai 1kg n i normally cook vy vy frequent wif the he bi. still got quite alot. i wonder how ure gonna finish all of ur hebi n ur anchovies... haahahha
