what is this??

my placenta!!

i told hubs to keep in the fridge the other time, and in the end didnt know how to deal with it hence told him to just bin it.

this time i was a little smarter.

again, brought home the placenta and kept in the fridge.

dont think they are willing to steam and bake and grind and encapsulate the placenta for  me to consume.

so i ordered hubs to bury it.

they said baby will be calmer, knowing that the placenta is near him.

or you can also do a lotus birth, means you keep the placenta and the umbilical cord attached to the baby's belly and dehydrate the placenta with herbs.

generally u can only do this if you have a home birth.

no way the public hospital will grant your wish in this case.

so this house is a very special house for us.

anyway, rest in peace placenta.
