why garbage enzyme?

orange peel and pomelo peel weighing 3kg.

all contributed by my neighbour.

i took out some orange peel (that was donated) and add in my own lemon peel and bought pineapple just for this, even when pineapple is not in season now hence it is expensive.

RM4 to RM4.50 per kg.

my 10L of garbage enzyme.

i have a large white pail with a tight cover for this, donated by my other neighbour.

stir everyday for the first one month.

made mine on 25th sept.

so i can only use it after 3 months.

i hope by using this to mop the floor, cockroaches will be out of sight.

i can smell roaches now u know.

90% of the time i will be correct.

one thing to note if u wanna make this,

USE WHITE SUGAR!

simply because it is cheaper.

most sites will ask u to use black sugar/molasses/ jaggery,

but many people has testified that it works equally the same with white sugar too.

whereas please use good quality black molasses if the enzyme is for consumption.

so why did i resort to this enzyme?

because it is fun! thats number one.

number 2, my husband is the one mopping the floor and washing the dishes, so i hope i could add some of this CHEAP enzyme as a cleaning agent.

u know men.

they use up the washing liquid like WATER.

number 3, i got more excited when i researched and read that it will chase the roaches away! just what i desperately need!

please be careful of the containers that u are using, and remember to shake it and release the gas daily.

u wouldnt want the bottle to explode in your kitchen.

my big sturdy pail wouldn't explode, so i can be lazy.

i stir (too big for me to shake) daily for the first 2 weeks and now i only do it every few days.
