My children on car seat

high back booster.
CS906F. Goodbaby brand.
bought during a members day sale. RM 160. best deal we think.

what is a booster seat?
why did i buy a booster seat?

Keep children in booster seats until they pass the "5 Step Test" (usually around 10-12 years old and close to 5 feet tall) in every vehicle in which the child rides. If the child meets the 5 Step Test in one vehicle, but not another, the child will need a booster for every vehicle in which the 5 Step Test is not met.

The 5 Step Test

If you answer "No" to any of these questions, your child must be in a booster seat:
1. Does the child sit all the way back against the auto seat?
2. Do the child's knees bend comfortably at the edge of the auto seat?
3. Is the lap belt touching the top of the thighs, not the tummy?
4. Is the shoulder belt centered on the shoulder and chest?
5. Can the child stay seated like this for the whole trip?
BELT-POSITIONING BOOSTERS CAN NOT be used with only a lap belt!
(See your car dealer for a lap/shoulder belt retrofit.)

aldo car seat. RM 299

guys, u can buy this aldo for less than RM299 in the west.

everything is over-priced here. sobs

so this aldo seat is passed down to the little brother while the big bro gets a brand new blue booster.
thats the perk of being the eldest. everything new. heh.

this orange Aprica, is the most expensive car seat that we owned.

it is so huge and bulky that we keep it in the west.
we usually need to travel 400 - 500km on average each trip home.

yikes! the baby sleeps on makeshift bed.

i have no idea what I'm gonna do.

well, trust me.
safety aside, a child can sit and sleep comfortably in a carseat THAN our car's original seat.

we are a family who loves to travel and being located in East malaysia,
we go on road trips, despite having a baby or a toddler.

whether or not they buckle up, is not my main concern.
sorry, because I'm merely lazy having to scutter over to his side to buckle and unbuckle.
KK is so small i find it silly trying to buckle and unbuckle every 10 mins.

but as long as they stick their butt on their designated seat, I'm fine.
