simplest meal ever!
and nutritious!
- fry onions with tomatoes. set aside.
- throw spinach into pan and stir fry till they wilt and become soft.
- beat 5 eggs in a bowl. add some salt and pepper.
- add some milk into beaten egg
- mix in the tomatoes and spinach into the egg
- pour them into a baking mould and BAKE!
- 180 celcius, 20 mins
i dont have accurate measurements because i cook this way. everything is agak-agak.
