Spinach Fritatta

 simplest meal ever!
and nutritious!

  • fry onions with tomatoes. set aside.
  • throw spinach into pan and stir fry till they wilt and become soft.
  • beat 5 eggs in a bowl. add some salt and pepper.
  • add some milk into beaten egg
  • mix in the tomatoes and spinach into the egg
  • pour them into a baking mould and BAKE!
  • 180 celcius, 20 mins
i dont have accurate measurements because i cook this way. everything is agak-agak.
